5.1 Paragraph 7 (2) (d): Omit the paragraph.

5.2 Paragraph 7 (2) (e):
Omit " Industrial Relations Act 1988", substitute " Workplace Relations  Act
1996 ".

5.3 Subparagraph 7 (2) (g) (viii):
Omit "Sergeant-at Arms", substitute "Serjeant-at-Arms".

5.4 Subparagraphs 7 (2) (g) (ix) and (x): Omit the subparagraphs, substitute:

"(ix) Director (Programming), Table Office;

   (x)  Director (Legislation and Records), Table Office;".

5.5 Subparagraph 7 (2) (g) (xi): After "Act;", insert "and".

5.6 Subparagraph 7 (2) (g) (xii): Omit the subparagraph.

5.7 Paragraph 7 (2) (h): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(h) a person holding, or for the time being performing the duties of, any of
the following offices in the Department of the Parliamentary Reporting Staff:

        (i)    Principal Parliamentary Reporter;

        (ii)   Senior Executive Band 1;

5.9 Subparagraph 7 (2) (j) (ii): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:
