1989 No. 135 LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following
regulations: Fee for application to make a deposit   "3. For the purposes of
paragraph 10 (b) of the Act, the following fee is prescribed, namely, $20.
Prescribed percentage-paragraph 20B (1) (c) of the Act   "4. For the purposes
of paragraph 20B (1) (c) of the Act, the following percentage is prescribed,
namely, 29%.".
