2. Regulation 4 of the Live-stock Slaughter (Export Inspection Charge)
Collection Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-regulation (2); and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (6) "or (2)", "or information"
        (wherever occurring) and ", as the case may be," (wherever occurring).
