1981 No. 356 LONG SERVICE LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. After regulation 8 of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees)
Regulations the following regulation is inserted: Authorities declared not to
be public authorities of the Commonwealth

"9. For the purposes of the definition of 'public authority of the
Commonwealth' in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, each authority specified in
Schedule 3, being an authority established or constituted by or under a law of
the Northern Territory, is declared not to be a public authority of the
Commonwealth for the purposes of the Act."
