2. The Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended by
adding at the end thereof the following Schedule:
SCHEDULE 3
Regulation 9 AUTHORITIES ESTABLISHED OR CONSTITUTED BY OR UNDER A LAW OF THE
NORTHERN TERRITORY DECLARED NOT TO BE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES OF THE
COMMONWEALTH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE ACT
