10. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from Items 1 and 4 "$2.40" and substituting "$3.30";

   (b)  by omitting from Item 5 "86.4" and substituting "118.8"; and

   (c)  by omitting from Item 6 "24" and substituting "33".
