1992 No. 367 MIGRATION (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 5.8

Persons in respect of whom assurance of support may be given 
5.8. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), a person must not give assurances of
support having effect at the same time in respect of more than 2 persons.

(2) A person does not count for the purposes of subregulation (1) if that
person:

   (a)  has not turned 18; and

   (b)  is included in an assurance of support given in respect of another
        person.
