1992 No. 367 MIGRATION (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 7.30

7.30. (1) Despite any other provision in these Regulations, no fee is payable
on application for an entry permit if the application is made not later than
the expiry of 7 working days after the day on which the applicant received the
notice.

(2) Despite any other provision of these Regulations, no fee is payable on
application for an entry permit if the application is made by a person who:

   (a)  is an illegal entrant by reason of the operation of subsection 14 (2)
        of the Act; and

   (b)  has not been given a notice to that effect by the Minister.
