1993 No. 18 MIGRATION (REVIEW) (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 11

11. (1) Subject to regulation 45, the review officer who makes a decision on
an internal review must give to, or serve on, the applicant for the review
notice in writing of the decision.

(2) The notice must be given or served not later than 10 days after making the
decision.

(3) If the review officer does not set aside the decision to which the review
relates, the notice must set out:

   (a)  the decision of the review officer; and

   (b)  the reasons for the decision, including brief reference to the
        findings and evidence on any material questions of fact.
