1993 No. 18 MIGRATION (REVIEW) (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 7

7. (1) An application for internal review must:

   (a)  be in a form approved by the Minister; and

   (b)  contain:

        (i)    the name and address of the applicant for review; and

        (ii)   a brief statement of the capacity in which the applicant
               applies for review; and

        (iii)  details of the decision to which the application relates; and

        (iv)   if the application is in relation to a decision refusing to
               grant a visa or an entry permit and the applicant for the
               review was not also the applicant for the visa or entry
               permit-the name and address of that last-mentioned applicant;
               and

   (c)  unless the Secretary makes a determination under regulation 8 in
        relation to the application-be accompanied by the fee specified in
        subregulation (2).

(2) The fee payable in connection with the internal review of a decision is a
fee of $200.
