1993 No. 18 MIGRATION (REVIEW) (1993) REGULATIONS - REG 8
Waiver of fee for internal review
8. The Secretary may determine that the fee on an application for review
should not be paid if he or she is satisfied that payment of the fee has
caused, or will cause, the applicant severe financial hardship.
