1993 No. 309 MIGRATION (1993) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 7

7.1 After regulation 7.30, insert: Fee for assessment of a person's work
qualifications and experience

"7.31. There is payable on an application for an assessment of a person's
occupational qualifications or experience (or both) for the purposes of the
Act, a fee of:

   (a)  in the case of an assessment by the Department of Industrial
        Relations-$100; or

   (b)  in the case of an assessment by NOOSR-$100.".
