1  Paragraphs 1128(3)(aa) and (b) of Schedule 1

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

                     (b)  The applicant may be in or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance.

2  Clauses 155.411 and 155.412 of Schedule 2

Repeal the clauses, substitute:

155.411  

                   The applicant may be in or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance, at the time of grant.

3  Clauses 157.411 and 157.412 of Schedule 2

Repeal the clauses, substitute:

157.411  

                   The applicant may be in or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance, at the time of grant.
