1992 No. 292 MIGRATION AGENTS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. (1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"prescribed institution" means:

   (a)  an institution of higher education specified in the Table, as in force
        from time to time, set out in subsection 4 (1) of the
        Higher Education Funding  Act 1988 ; or

   (b)  Bond University, within the meaning of the Bond University Act 1987 of
the State of Queensland;   "the Act" means the Migration Act 1958.
