MIGRATION AGENTS REGISTRATION RENEWAL CHARGE REGULATIONS 1998 No. 35 - REG 3

3. For section 6 of the Migration Agents Registration Renewal Charge  Act 1997
, the amount of charge payable is:

   (a)  for an individual who intends to charge a fee for giving immigration
        assistanceÑ$1,000; or

   (b)  for an individual who does not intend to charge a fee for giving
        immigration assistanceÑ$150.
