1984 No. 278 MILITARY FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6. Regulation 222 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "duties, travelling allowance,
        meal allowance and vehicle allowance" and substituting the following
        word and paragraphs:



"duties-

   (a)  Travelling Allowance in accordance with Determination 0401, Travelling
        Allowance, made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903;

   (b)  meal allowance; and

   (c)  vehicle allowance,"; and

   (b)  by inserting after "these Regulations" in sub-regulation (2) "or a
        Determination made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903".
