1987 No. 125 MEAT INSPECTION (MODIFICATION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 5 of the Meat Inspection (Modification) Regulations the
following regulation is inserted: Application of provisions of the Act in
South Australia

"6. For the purposes of subsection 6 (1) of the Act, the provisions of the Act
that are specified in Schedule 3 as not applying do not apply, and the
provisions of the Act that are specified in that Schedule with modifications
apply with those modifications, in relation to South Australia.".
