1  Subregulation 3.01(3)

After "A person to whom this regulation applies", insert "who is arriving in Australia".

2  Paragraphs 3.01(3)(b) and (c)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

                     (b)  provide the completed passenger card to an officer.
