1988 No. 85 MERIT PROTECTION (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) REGULATIONS - REG 4
Application of the Act to members of the Australian Federal Police
4. The Act and the provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule apply
subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule to and in relation to
persons who, on or after the commencement of these Regulations, are members of
the Australian Federal Police within the meaning of the Australian Federal
Police Act 1979 .
