1990 No. 109 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 14

Extended eligibility (family) entry permit 
14. Regulation 127 of the Migration Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subparagraph (a) (iv) ", (ba)" after "(b)";

   (b)  by omitting "and" from subparagraph (a) (iv) and substituting "or".
