1990 No. 34 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Migration Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subregulation (1) the following definition:

"'health criteria', in relation to an applicant for a visa or an entry permit,
means the criteria specified in items 9 and 10 in Schedule 1, whichever item
applies;";

   (b)  by inserting "or as the dependent child of an Australian
citizen" after "visa" in paragraph (e) of the definition of "public interest
criteria".
