1990 No. 34 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 26

26. Regulation 195 of the Migration Regulations is amended by inserting after
subregulation (1) the following subregulation:

"(1A) Where:

   (a)  a person was notified on or after 21 September 1989 that he or she was
        entitled, under the provisions of the Migration Regulations relating
        to second applications as in force before 19 December 1989, to make an
        application for an entry permit or a visa; and

   (b)  the person had not lodged the application referred to in paragraph (a)
        before 19 December 1989; and

   (c)  the person first makes the application before 1 October 1990;no fee is
        payable on the application.".
