1990 No. 371 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 23
23. Regulation 123A (Holders of trainee (English language), or trainee (non-formal course), entry permits or of certain prescribed temporary entry permits - temporary provisions)
23.1 Subparagraph 123A (3) (a) (i): Omit "that corresponds to the class of
entry permit that includes that entry permit", substitute "to which the entry
permit is equivalent".
23.2 Paragraph 123A (4) (c): Omit "class of entry permits", substitute "entry
permit".
23.3 Sub-subparagraph 123A (5) (b) (i) (C): Omit "relevant class of".
