MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 18 - REG 29.
Regulation 120 (Grant of temporary entry permit (other than working holiday entry permit) to holders of visitor visa, visitor entry permit or prescribed temporary entry permit)
29.1
Paragraph 120 (c):
Omit "and", substitute "and, except in the case
of an applicant referred to in paragraph (fa),".
29.2
After paragraph
120 (f), insert:
"(fa) the applicant, being an applicant for a medical treatment entry permit,
satisfies the prescribed criteria for the class of visa to which that entry
permit is equivalent;
(fb) the applicant, being an applicant for an occupational trainee
temporary entry permit, satisfies the prescribed criteria for the
class of visa to which that entry permit is equivalent;".
29.3
Paragraph 120 (g):
After "retirement entry permit", insert ", a
medical treatment entry permit or an occupational trainee entry
permit".
