MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 18 - REG 4.
Regulation 7 (Interpretation—member of family unit)
4.1
Subregulation 7 (1):
Omit "(other than a student visa or a student
entry permit)", substitute "(other than an applicant referred to in
subregulation (2))".
4.2
Subregulation 7 (2):
Omit "or a student
entry permit", substitute ", an occupational trainee visa or an entry permit
that is equivalent to such a visa".
