1994 No. 376 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 23

23.1 Clause 100.224: Omit the clause, substitute:

"100.224 (1) In the case of an applicant who meets the requirements of
subclause 100.211 (2), the applicant continues to be the spouse of the
Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand
citizen who was the applicant's spouse at the time of the application.



"(2) In the case of an applicant who meets the requirements of subclause
100.211 (3), the applicant is the spouse of the intended spouse.".
