8.1 After regulation 2.07, insert: Refund of application fee in certain
circumstances

"2.07A. If:

   (a)  a person applies in Australia for a Long Stay (Visitor) (Class TN) or
        Short Stay (Visitor) (Class TR) visa; and

   (b)  the Minister is satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements of
        subclause 670.221 (4), 672.221 (4), 673.221 (4), 674.221 (4), 675.221
        (4), 680.221 (4), 682.221 (4), 683.221 (4), 684.221 (4) or 685.221 (6)
        of Schedule 2; and

   (c)  the further visa is granted; the Minister must refund the application
        fee (if any) paid by the person.".
