New regulation 2.07AA
6.1 After regulation 2.07, insert: Application for certain visitor visas
"2.07AA. Despite anything in regulation 2.07, an application for a Short Stay
(Visitor) (Class TR) visa may be made on behalf of the applicant by an
approved nominator for the purposes of clause 672.111 of Schedule 2 if and
only if the applicant is a person who seeks to visit Australia for business
purposes.".
