1995 No. 268 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 13

13.1 Add at the end:

"(3) If an application for review by the Tribunal, being an application made
on or after 1 November 1995, is withdrawn (otherwise than for a reason
specified in subregulation (2)) before the end of the period referred to in
subsection 361 (2) of the Act (which deals with notice to the Tribunal that
the applicant wants the Tribunal to obtain oral evidence), 50% of the fee paid
on the application is to be refunded.".
