22.1 Subparagraph 675.221 (2) (f) (i): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:

"(i) the applicant satisfies the Minister that the applicant is free from a
disease or condition that is, or may result in the applicant being, a threat
to public health in Australia or a danger to the Australian community;".

22.2 Subparagraphs 675.221 (2) (g) (i), (ii) and (iii): Omit the
subparagraphs, substitute:

"(i) the applicant is free from tuberculosis; and

        (ii)   the applicant is free from a disease or condition that is, or
               may result in the applicant being, a threat to public health in
               Australia or a danger to the Australian community; and

        (iii)  the applicant is not a person who has a disease or condition
               (other than a disease or condition normally related to the
               organ transplant for which the applicant proposes coming to
               Australia) that, during the applicant's proposed period of stay
               in Australia, would be likely to:

                (A)  result in a significant cost to the Australian community
                     in the areas of health care or community services; or

                (B)  prejudice the access of an Australian citizen or
                     permanent resident to health care or community services;
                     and".
