7. New regulation 1.16AA (Appointment of Medical Officer of the Commonwealth)

7.1 After regulation 1.16, insert:

"1.16AA. The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, appoint a
medical practitioner to be a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth for the
purposes of these Regulations.".
