149. Invitations under subregulation 2.11 (1) in relation to applications made before 1 November 1996 for Spouse (Migrant) (Class BC) and Prospective Marriage (Temporary) (Class TO) visas

149.1 The Migration Regulations as in force immediately before 1 November 1996
continue to apply to:

   (a)  any invitation made or to be made by the Minister under subregulation
        2.11 (1) in relation to an application for a Spouse (Migrant) (Class
        BC) visa or a Prospective Marriage (Temporary) (Class TO) visa that
        was made before 1 November 1996 and has been refused; and

   (b)  any further application for a visa made in response to an invitation
        referred to in paragraph (a).
