1996 No. 211 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 39

39.1 Subclause 417.214 (2): Omit the subclause, substitute:

"(2) An applicant satisfies the requirements of this subclause if the
applicant is a citizen of a country specified by Gazette Notice for the
purposes of this subclause and either:

   (a)  the applicant has turned 18 but has not turned 26; or

   (b)  the applicant has turned 26 but has not turned 31 and the Minister is
        satisfied that the applicant's entry to Australia would be of benefit
        to the applicant and to Australia.".
