1996 No. 75 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 17

17. Schedule 9 (Special entry and clearance arrangements) 
17.1 Part 1 (Persons to whom special arrangements apply under section 166 of
the Act): After item 20, insert:
  "21    Persons holding an Electronic Travel Authority (Class UD)

visa
A passport which indicates that the person is a
national of a country specified by Gazette Notice for
the purposes of paragraph 1208A (3) (c) or paragraph
                1208A (3) (d) in Schedule 1                    Yes".
