7.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Effect of assurance of support

"2.33. If, while an assurance of support has effect after 19 December 1991 in
respect of a person, that person has received support of a kind specified by
Gazette Notice, an amount equal to the value of the support provided (less any
amount paid in respect of the support by or on behalf of that person to the
Commonwealth) is a debt due and payable to the Commonwealth by the person who
gave the assurance, and may be recovered by action in a Court of competent
jurisdiction.".
