MARRIAGE REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L01359) - REG 74

Offences in relation to record keeping

             (1)  A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection 73(5).

Penalty:  2 penalty units.

             (2)  A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person is given a notice under subsection 73(7); and

                     (b)  the person fails to comply with the notice.

Penalty:  2 penalty units.
