MILITARY SUPERANNUATION AND BENEFITS (ELIGIBLE MEMBER) DECLARATION 2000 2000 No. 55 - REG 3

Definitions
In this Declaration:

"Act" means the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991 .

"commencement date" means the date of commencement of this Declaration.
