1981 No. 398 NAVIGATION (MUSTERS AND DRILLS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Musters and Drills) Regulations is
amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of "certificated
lifeboatman" and substituting the following definition:

" 'certificated lifeboatman' means a seaman who holds-

   (a)  a certificate of efficiency as lifeboatman issued under orders made in
        pursuance of regulations made under the Act; or

   (b)  a certificate issued or recognized under a law in force in the United
        Kingdom, being a certificate that corresponds with a certificate
        referred to in paragraph (a);".
