1980 No. 5 NATIONAL COMPANIES AND SECURITIES COMMISSION REGULATIONS - REG 10.

10. (1) A summons under sub-section 37 (1) of the Act shall be in accordance
with Form 2.

(2) A summons under sub-section 37 (1) of the Act shall be served on a person
by-

   (a)  delivering a copy of the summons to the person personally; or

   (b)  leaving a copy of the summons at the last known place of residence or
        business of the person with a person apparently resident or employed
        at that place and apparently over the age of 16 years.
