1980 No. 367 NAVAL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 1

Transport allowance 
1. Regulation 196A of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by adding at
the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

"(12) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0404,
Transport Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903 is in
force.".
