3. This interim determination shall take effect on the day on which
Determination 2699, Payments in Lieu of Recreation Leave, War Service Leave,
Furlough and Recreation Leave Bonus, Consequent Upon the Death of a Member or
Former Member, is made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.
