1982 No. 324 NAVAL FORCES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Reasons for discharge 
Regulation 38 of the Naval Forces Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (i) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following paragraph:

"; (k) that the sailor has not been granted, or has not accepted, Australian
citizenship.".
