1985 No. 123 NAVAL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

Deductions from pay in respect of loss or damage caused by negligent misconduct

4. Regulation 132A of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) "naval" and substituting "service";
and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (10) (b) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(b) 'service tribunal' has the same meaning as in the Defence Force 
Discipline Act 1982 .".
