1996 No. 92 NATIONAL GALLERY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Subparagraph 4 (2) (c): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:

"(c) a person who is in receipt of:

        (i)    a pension payable under Part 2.2, Part 2.3, Part 2.4, Part 2.5,
               Part 2.6 or Part 2.8, an allowance payable under Part 2.7, Part
               2.11 or Part 2.12, or a benefit payable under Part 2.14, of the
               Social Security Act  1991 ; or

        (ii)   a pension or an allowance payable under Part II, Part III or
               Part IV of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986; or

        (iii)  an allowance payable under Part 8 of the Student and Youth
               Assistance Act 1973;".
