Writing of prescriptions 
3. Regulation 19 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations
is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) ", except where that person is a
        pensioner,";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (1) (f); and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (h) "other than pensioners,".
