1985 No. 320 NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Supply of pharmaceutical benefits on prescription 
3. Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) "6 months" and substituting

"12 months"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (e) "6 months" and substituting

"12 months".
