FURTHER AMENDMENTS OF NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL
BENEFITS) REGULATIONS The Principal Regulations are amended by omitting from
each of the following provisions "pharmaceutical chemist" (wherever occurring
in that provision) and substituting "pharmacist": Regulation 8; paragraph 8A
(1) (b); regulations 9, 16, 17 and 18; sub-regulations 18A (1), 19 (3), 19A
(3), 21 (1), 21 (2), 22 (1), 22 (2), 22 (3), 22 (4) and 22 (5); regulation 23;
paragraph 24 (b); sub-regulations 26 (1), 26 (2), 26 (3), 26A (1), 26A (2),
26A (3), 27 (1), 27 (2), 28 (1) and 28 (2); regulation 30; sub-regulations 31
(1A), 31 (2), 31 (3), 32 (1) and 32 (1A); regulations 33 and 34.
