NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT1979 No. 250 - REG 2
Interpretation
Regulation 5 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is
amended by inserting after the definition of "approved pharmaceutical chemist"
in sub-regulation (1) the following definitions:
"`participating
dental practitioner' has the same meaning as in Part VII of the Act;
"`pharmaceutical benefit' has the same meaning as in Part VII of the Act;".
