AMENDMENTS OF SCHEDULE 3 TO THE NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS

1. Omit item 23.
2. After item 138 insert the following item:

3. After item 177 insert the following item:

4. Omit item 208.
5. Omit item 311, substitute the following item:
