NATIONAL HEALTH (REGISTERED HEALTH BENEFITS ORGANIZATIONS) REGULATIONS 2000 2000 No. 357 - REG 32
Administrator may act as proxy
A person may appoint as his or her general or special proxy at a
meeting
:
(a)
the administrator of the fund or registered organization concerned, or of the voluntary deed of arrangement, or
(b)
the chairperson of a
meeting
.
